About Sociable
Sociable is a modern social skills and etiquette program designed to help children feel confident, aware, and kind in everyday situations.
Through small-group experiences and age-appropriate guidance, children practice real-life social skills they can actually use — at the table, at school, and with peers. The focus isn’t on memorizing rules, but on understanding how words, actions, and awareness shape connection.
At its heart, Sociable helps kids feel comfortable showing up as themselves while learning how their choices affect others.
Sociable was created from a desire to offer something thoughtful and approachable for today’s children — something that goes beyond rules and focuses on awareness, confidence, and connection.
We believe children learn best when they feel supported, not corrected. When they’re given space to practice social skills in a calm, encouraging environment, confidence grows naturally.
Sociable meets children where they are and helps them grow with intention — building skills they’ll carry into everyday life.
The Heart Behind Sociable
Hi, I’m Leslie—the founder of The Confident Collective, LLC and creator of Sociable. I’m a mom of two and have spent years working closely with people in roles centered on care, communication, and confidence-building.
I created Sociable to offer children a space to practice social skills in a way that feels encouraging, respectful, and age-appropriate. My goal is to help kids build confidence and awareness that supports them at home, at school, and beyond.
This program is designed with intention, warmth, and real-life application at its core.
