The Confident Collective, LLC provides small‑group enrichment and social development programs for children. Programs are offered by enrollment only and may take place in a home‑based setting in Rockwall, Texas.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment is available to children within the age range specified for each program.
Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is completed and all required acknowledgments are accepted at checkout.
We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services if participation is not a good fit or if policies are not followed.

All program fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. No‑Refund Policy
All enrollments are non‑refundable.

Schedule conflicts
Program changes initiated by the participant
Illness - Contact us for a one-time courtesy reschedule
Enrollment spots are reserved specifically for each child and cannot be refunded once payment is processed.
5. Program Changes or Cancellations
The Confident Collective, LLC reserves the right to modify schedules or cancel programs due to illness, emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled by us, enrolled families will be notified directly.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate health, allergy, and emergency information.
Children must be healthy and able to participate safely.
We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if behavior becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive.
7. Pick‑Up & Supervision
Children will be released only to authorized individuals listed at enrollment. Photo identification may be required. No exceptions will be made for safety reasons.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in programs involves normal risks associated with children’s activities.
By enrolling, you agree to:
Assume all ordinary risks associated with participation
Release and hold harmless The Confident Collective, LLC from liability for typical accidents or injuries
This does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as defined under Texas law.
9. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken for program or marketing use unless parent has opted out. Children will never be identified by full name.
10. Website Use & Content
