πŸ“š Who: Girls entering grades 6-8 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

A one-hour confidence reset designed to help middle school girls start the school year grounded, confident, and socially prepared.

This interactive Sociable pop-up focuses on the everyday social situations girls navigate at school. From walking into a new classroom to managing conversations, friendships, and group dynamics, students will practice practical skills that build confidence, self-awareness, and kindness without pressure to change who they are.

We’ll cover:

  • Confident greetings, introductions, and first impressions

  • How to join conversations and group settings with ease

  • Reading the room and understanding social cues

  • Respectful communication with teachers and peers

  • Friendship dynamics, boundaries, and handling awkward moments

  • What to do when you feel nervous, unsure, or left out

Students will also have the opportunity to write a short note to a teacher, parent, or family member. This activity helps girls practice thoughtful written communication and gives them a confident, respectful way to express appreciation or introduce themselves at the start of the school year.

This session is upbeat, practical, and encouraging. Skills are taught through discussion, real-life scenarios, role-play, and guided practice so students leave feeling prepared, capable, and confident in real social situations.

This pop-up is a one-hour standalone class and does not replace Sociable: Foundations.
